I used Hiten Boot Disk to see if any files could. I repeated the DBAN autonuke a second time just for good measure. Two and a half hours later, the Hard drive has been wiped clean. Once booted from USB drive, I used the autonuke option. After creating the bootable USB drive, I hit F2 and changed the boot sequence of my laptop to pick USB first.Otherwise simply reformat the drive to your preferred filesystem. You can always reformat your USB again and fill it withIf you never intend to have the drive plugged in at boot, or your system dosen't have USB drives on top of its boot order, simply deleting all the files will sufface.
